Scottish smoked salmon pate with oatmeal biscuits

Black pudding on sourdough with chopped eggs and devilled sauce

MAIN COURSE

Macsweens haggis, tatties & neeps & whisky gravy

Venison & prune casserole, mashed potato & cabbage

Cock-a-leekie – chicken roasted with carrots fennel, leeks & roasties

PUDDING

Traditional cranachan – whisky cream, raspberries & toasted oatmeal

Dundee marmalade bread & butter pudding with custard

Fresh strawberries with Drambuie cream & Scottish shortbread
